XMReality AB has had an established partnership with Viveo since February, which now brings in additional sales of licenses. XMReality and Viveo exhibited together at a property fair in Stockholm in March and one of the companies they met there has now signed a three-year contract with Viveo

The exercise price for the warrants of series TO1 in XMReality AB (publ) has been determined

On May 8, 2023, the exercise period begins for warrants of series TO1 in XMReality AB (publ) ("XMReality" or "the Company") and the exercise price has been determined to SEK 0.55 per share. The exercise period runs until May 19, 2023. Two (2) warrants of series TO1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a price of SEK 0.55 per share. If all warrants of series TO1 are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 13.1 million before issue costs. In order for the warrants not to expire without value, it is required that the holder subscribes for shares no later than May 19, 2023, or alternatively sells the warrants no later than May 16 26, 2023

XMReality is currently being assessed by a branch within the armed forces of a central European country through a paid pilot project. XMReality's remote guidance platform in combination with inspection and maintenance software from a partner and smart glasses, will be evaluated to see if they can improve the efficiency of vehicle inspections and maintenance

XMReality U.S. signs first Mexican customer

XMReality U.S. signs first Mexican customer

XMReality Inc. has signed its first enterprise licensed customer in Mexico, expanding its geographic reach in the Americas. The customer is ILSCO, a subsidiary of ECM Industries which is already a customer to XMReality Inc., with operations in Matamoros, Mexico. ILSCO produces power and grounding connectors and associated accessories. ILSCO’s initial use of XMReality will focus on internal remote video support of its manufacturing equipment

XMReality AB has signed a partnership agreement with Viveo which has already resulted in the ordering of licenses. Viveo is a Swedish company that will offer XMReality as a service to the Swedish real estate market. The purpose of Viveo's service is to facilitate and streamline the handling of error reports and tickets within property management
