What are the billing options for Professional?

For Professional, you can choose to pay for a full year up front and get a discount on the price. You then pay $480 for a full year, corresponding to $40 per month per user. If you instead want to be billed monthly, the price per user is $48 per month, corresponding to $576 per user per year. You pay by credit card, regardless of which billing period you choose, and you can easily choose this when checking out your XMReality purchase.

Can I start with Professional and if needed upgrade my account later?

Yes, you can at any time contact us if you are interested in upgrading your account to Enterprise.

Can I add more users than just myself during a free trial?

Yes, after creating a trial account you can invite more colleagues to your trial. Just log into the solution and under the settings icon next to your name you can choose to invite more users.

Do I need to fill in a credit card to start the free trial?

No, the only thing needed to set up a free trial is your email. You only need to register a credit card when you sign up for a paid subscription.

How about integrations and SSO?

XMReality provides the best business impact when integrated with your existing processes and ways of working. Single-Sign-On, SSO, is available to make it easy for users and administrators to sign in with existing enterprise credentials. All product functionality is available through APIs, which are available to all Enterprise customers. Additionally, XMReality provides ready-made integrations for Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.

If I want to use smart glasses, can I purchase them from XMReality?

We support usage on the most commonly used AR smart glasses, you can see which models here. For these models, we have established partnerships with the vendors so you can purchase the glasses directly from us together with your XMReality Enterprise licenses. We can also help you with the selection of which model you should pick and training on that specific model.

How can I use Hands Overlay from my computer?

Hands-overlay is one of our AR functions and to use it from your computer you need to also purchase our Pointpad. You can read more about the Pointpad here and if you want to purchase one you can simply contact one of our sales representatives.
