What payment methods do you accept?

Both Professional and Professional Plus can be purchased easily online with credit card and the payment is done upfront on a monthly basis. Enterprise requires customized quotes and is paid yearly upfront through invoice. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are a Professional or Professional Plus customer, you can cancel your subscription in the admin portal. If you are an Enterprise customer, contact your Sales representative or your Customer Success Manager.

 

What is the subscription period?

For Professional & Professional Plus it's one month notice period. For Enterprise customers it's tailored depending on which agreement you have signed.

Can I upgrade my account or add more licenses?

For both Professional and Professional Plus your account can be fully managed by your domain admin who can easily buy more licences in the administration portal. If you are an Enterprise customer, contact your Sales representative or Customer Success manager.

 

What is XMReality?

XMReality is a visual assistance tool that lets you see through someone else’s eyes and guide them with your own hands – as if you were there. It's built on AR technology to provide a unique hands overlay guidance and includes several features that allows you to interact easier with your counterpart.

Who can I call with XMReality?

You can call anyone! You can easily connect to people within and outside of your organization even if they do not have our app installed. Either call another XMReality or connect in a web call by using a web link sent via SMS or email.

How secure is XMReality?

XMReality is built with security as a top priority to ensure that your data is safe. Our solution is End-to-End encrypted, offering secure connections to all your remote video support sessions. XMReality does not store any call information and is fully GDPR compliant.

What are the bandwidth requirements?

You can only make a XMReality call if you have a network connection. However, the software will automatically scale parameters such as resolution, frame rate and degree of compression based on the network conditions to better function when you have lower bandwidth.
