AI capabilities

Every remote support conversation holds valuable information about your customers, products, and service operations. XMReality helps you make that knowledge accessible, so you can learn from individual interactions and see the bigger picture.

Two ways to use AI with XMReality

AI Connectors: Get more from your call data

Connect XMReality to AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, and ask questions about your remote support calls.

Instead of reviewing individual calls one by one, you can use AI to explore call history and documentation, identify recurring issues, and discover patterns across multiple support sessions.

AI Transcribe: Turn conversations into structured documentation

AI Transcribe automatically turns XMReality calls into searchable transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and identified conversation topics. This makes it easier to review past sessions, find relevant information, and understand what happened during a support interaction.

How AI can add value

Identify recurring issues

Discover which problems recur and identify areas that may need improvement or additional training.

Understand customer needs

Learn what customers struggle with, which questions they ask most often, and where they need more support.

Find information faster

Ask your AI assistant about previous calls, transcripts, and notes instead of manually searching.

Uncover upsell opportunities

Spot demand for additional products, services, or spare parts by analysing recurring requests and customer discussions.

Ask Questions. Gain insights.

Getting insights from your XMReality calls is simple. Just ask your AI assistant questions in your own words, as if you were talking to a colleague. For example:

  • What are the most common product issues in our support calls?
  • Summarise the key topics from this month’s calls.
  • Which spare parts do customers request most often?

Frequently Asked Questions

What AI features does XMReality offer?

XMReality offers AI Transcribe, which automatically generates call transcripts, summaries, and conversation topics, as well as AI Connectors that let compatible AI tools access and analyze available XMReality call data.

How do I get started with XMReality AI?

AI Transcribe is already available within XMReality in the Professional and Enterprise plans.

To use AI Connectors, simply connect XMReality to a compatible AI tool, such as Microsoft Copilot, by downloading the XMReality agent from the Microsoft Agent Store or configuring a compatible MCP connection.

What is the difference between AI Transcribe and AI Connectors?

AI Transcribe uses AI to process call audio and produce structured documentation. AI Connectors let users ask questions about existing call data through external AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot. One creates call documentation; the other helps users explore and analyse it.

Do I need AI Transcribe to use AI Connectors?

The connector can access available XMReality data without transcribing every call. However, transcripts provide much more information about the actual content of conversations, making content-based analysis more useful.

Where is my call data stored?

Call transcripts and notes remain stored on XMReality's servers. AI integrations provide access to existing data through compatible external AI tools. The information available depends on the user's XMReality account and permissions.

Which plans include AI capabilities?

Both AI Transcribe and AI integrations are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans. For more detailed information, see the pricing page.

Does it cost extra to connect XMReality to an AI tool?

No. Both AI Transcribe and AI integrations are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans at no additional XMReality cost. AI Transcribe is also included in these plans, but is subject to a credit limit. External AI tools may require their own subscriptions or licenses.

Can I use Microsoft Copilot to analyse XMReality calls?

Yes. The XMReality Copilot agent enables users to explore past remote support sessions, retrieve available call information, and derive insights from organisational usage, subject to account permissions and available data.

Can I use ChatGPT to analyse XMReality calls?

Yes. You can connect XMReality to ChatGPT using the MCP connector. This allows you to ask questions about your XMReality call data, analyse transcripts and notes, and identify patterns across support sessions.

Can I use Claude to analyse XMReality calls?

Yes. You can connect XMReality to Claude using the MCP connector, allowing you to explore available call data, analyse transcripts, and gain insights from your remote support sessions.

Can I connect XMReality to my AI tool of choice?

Yes. XMReality supports connections to compatible AI tools through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once configured, your AI tool can access available XMReality call data, including transcripts and notes, according to your account permissions. Configuration requirements may vary depending on the AI tool you use.
